Title: Cell-free systems: A synthetic biology tool for rapid prototyping in metabolic engineering

Important Details's avatar

Important book: Herding Hemingway's Cats: Understanding how our genes work by Kat Arney (Author): In summary, the book admits that almost all "rules" surrounding genes are dogma and most sciences don't know anything except "stuff happens". Ling's work is motioned in the book.

https://uhdilutions.com/library/life-gilbert-ling-s-version/

According to Ling, the role of the membrane in the framework of classical theory is largely distorted and even exaggerated. He believes that the source of the fundamental properties of the cell should be sought in its cytoplasm (internal contents), and not just in the membrane [1, 5]. The Gilbert Ling theory, or the 'association induction hypothesis', was first published in 1962, and acquired its finished form in 1965, supplemented by explanations of the nature of intracellular water [8]. This theory claims that the most important properties of the cell are provided not by the membrane, but by the ability of the cell’s internal structures to adsorb certain molecules and ions. Therefore, for example, oxygen accumulates in red blood cells due to bonds with the protein haemoglobin. Moreover, there is no oxygen 'pump' on the surface of these cells [5, 6].

(That means that it is a microenvironment ecosystem.)

Link: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=25156468

Comment It is basically a simplified rehash of Gilbert Ling's Association Induction Hypothesis (AIH), which stipulates no membranes for cells and cellular entities

No it's not - it's a refinement of current theories that is perfectly compatible with the existence of membranes.

FYI, we are still working on the basics. Recently, we found free floating mitochondrias in the blood (outside cells!), and now we have the idea that cells exchange mitochondrias: https://www.sci.news/biology/cell-free-mitochondria-human-blood-08051.html

Highlights

• Cell-free system (CFS) enables in vitro protein synthesis with transcription/translation machinery in a “plug-and-play-like” way. (aka Infinite Antigen Adaptation or Mitochondria exchange.)

• Prototyping in CFS reduces experimental burden and shortens the DBTL cycle.

+ Link: https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2405896324017488)

The Design-Build-Test-Learn (DBTL) cycle is a crucial framework in Synthetic Biology for the development and optimization of biological systems. However, the manual nature of the cycle poses limitations in terms of time and labor. This paper focuses on the application of automation techniques to the DBTL cycle, specifically in the testing and characterization of standard bioparts, which are essential components of genetic circuits. (In short, transhumanism.)

• CFS enables direct monitoring of reactions for effective pathway prototyping. (Switching out parts)

• CFS accelerates the prototyping of essential biological components, especially for biochemical production in bacteria.

Title: Time to recognise that mitochondria are bacteria?

The scientific community is comfortable with recognising mitochondria as organelles that happen to be descendants of bacteria. Here, I playfully explore the arguments for and against a phylogenetic fundamentalism that states that mitochondria are bacteria and should be given their own taxonomic family, the Mitochondriaceae. (Organelles describe functionality, not WHAT they are) I also explore the consequences of recognizing mitochondria as bacteria for our understanding of the systemic response to trauma and for the prospects of creating transgenic mitochondria.

Title: Fungal DNA barcoding

Fungi are ubiquitous in both natural and human-made environments. They play important roles in the health of plants, animals, and humans, and in broad ecosystem functions. (And humans.....)

Thus, having an efficient species-level identification system could significantly enhance our ability to treat fungal diseases and to monitor the spatial and temporal patterns of fungal distributions and migrations.

DNA barcoding is a potent approach for rapid identification of fungal specimens (like humans?), generating novel species hypothesis, and guiding biodiversity and ecological studies.

In this mini-review, I briefly summarize (i) the history of DNA sequence-based fungal identification; (ii) the emergence of the ITS region as the consensus primary fungal barcode; (iii) the use of the ITS barcodes to address a variety of issues on fungal diversity from local to global scales, including generating a large number of species hypothesis; and (iv) the problems with the ITS barcode region and the approaches to overcome these problems.

Similar to DNA barcoding research on plants and animals, significant progress has been achieved over the last few years in terms of both the questions being addressed and the foundations being laid for future research endeavors.

However, significant challenges remain.

I suggest three broad areas of research to enhance the usefulness of fungal DNA barcoding to meet the current and future challenges: (i) develop a common set of primers and technologies that allow the amplification and sequencing of all fungi at both the primary and secondary barcode loci; (ii) compile a centralized reference database that includes all recognized fungal species as well as species hypothesis, and allows regular updates from the research community; and (iii) establish a consensus set of new species recognition criteria based on barcode DNA sequences that can be applied across the fungal kingdom. (.....Which is in both natural and human made environments.)

Just a few samples look like shed skin cells with some blood embedded in them. The rest of them to the best scientific classification that I can apply to them would be: I have no fucking clue - never seen anything like it before - objects.

Yes the Morgellons fibers are standard, but the other and VARIED stuff is just beyond weird.

I like your red ink line for scale and was going to ask that you use some kind of object like just the edge of penny or a plastic rule with millimeters at the end as a gauge.

The shed skin cells felt VERY super glued/epoxied in.. maybe just dried up hydrogel (or aerogel etc..)? They got me pretty good.. I do believe it’s what’s in the shots (and SOO much more).. maybe I got a taste of several experiments.. took me over a decade to realize it lol. Here I thought I just had bad luck…

Great suggestions I will apply if I start looking again. Thank you, that’s the best explanation I’ve seen to date! No f’ing clue.. but I’m still trying .. and kicking 😎

I'm frustrated because I have biological and industrial fabrication experience and worked with machines that cost several millions of dollars each. So,, I know what CAN be done if you have the proper equipment but when you have a wifi microscope (not any more) and no chromatograph or NMR or a hood to do risky chemical analysis AND you were trained in the SPECIALTIES to know what you are looking at once you've done the work, then we're stuck with guessing.

HATE that kind of austerity of thought.

Never give up. It took me 40 years to regain my health from farm and industrial poisoning.

Would be nice to have some equipment, but I will never give up.. F you (sky)Borg, to the last moment. For some reason my “gut” knows more than I’d like to believe. I was much more content thinking my first thoughts were inaccurate/ I was a line experiment. all I can do is try to use my experience to weed out some of the bs (like it’s only in the blood.. I believe it mostly uses the blood to construct outside the vasculature, or I’d be dead) and keep kicking. I should say I’m very lucky bc in 2021 I was all “wired up” like a terminator, thinking I was going to be used against my will. I no longer feel any of these “wires” wrapped around my body, nor do I feel zaps or anything squeezing. So I’m able to live life pretty normally the past 2+ years. Gotta keep stretching and working the muscles though…

I know. I mean its so incredibly obvious!

There's also something happening that seem to push the clouds into a corduroy looking pattern across the entire skyline, separate from the spraying. Its similar to ripples on the surface of water. These span hundreds of kilometres in range. From Ottawa to Toronto, damn near daily for well over 2 years now. I also seem this regularly on social media posts in backgrounds of pictures.

Absolutely it is frequency manipulation. Sometimes I see a pattern that looks EXACTLY like the Wi-Fi symbol on my phone. Coincidence? I think not. My neighbors think I’m crazy too, but I keep pointing it out. The best was when my 15 yr old daughter was driving (she’s practicing to get her license 🥹) and I pointed out some chem trails and she said they were cumulus clouds. 😂. I then pointed out some that were clearly in the shape of a giant X in the sky and said “oh, those too?” Dead silence... they are slowly coming around. BTW, if you have not found Sabrina Wallace on Odyssee you should check her out. She is a bit much to follow at first, but there is a bunch of people on telegram that help break it down. I’m without words. This is some of the most disturbing objects I’ve seen expelled in a while. I admire your strength through this. Your descriptions of how it feels like an interconnected wired system when pulling out is out of some sci fi book, indeed that’s how I’ve felt we’ve been living in the most out there sci movie and thankfully I’m no longer quite so shocked/in denial but it’s still so incredibly disturbing sometimes and frankly scary (to be honest). I’m fortunate to be aware of this and for people like yourself who have the energy and openness to share!! I am going to try the chlorine myself soon as I and my family all have fatigue.

Kim's avatar

Natalia, thank you for your kind words❤️ It is very disturbing indeed, but I found once I made the decision to let my fears go and battle this the best I could.. It made a huge difference. I continue to believe fear is a main component, it will break you down physically and mentally. Once you are not consumed by it, you’ve knocked out one of their best tools for deterioration. You have the knowledge, which so many still refuse to accept at all, now you can get a jump start on keeping yourself and family human. Not everything seems to work the same for everyone, but the MMS was so very helpful for me, the first day I felt like a new person. I haven’t had access to a bath most the time, but 2 separate occasions I was having really bad days.. I made mms, borax, baking soda bath as hot as I could handle.. and I felt like crap at first but after 15 minutes started feeling much better and it lasted for a few days so I do highly recommend the baths as well, also great for kids. I make a CDs spray I keep in my fridge for any cut, insect bites, burns, rashes.. it works awesome for it all.. even helped when I had a rash from working with housing insulation! Best of luck and keep me posted how it goes❤️

Hi Kim, thank you so much for your thoughtful reply and what you write about fear. That’s been my biggest obstacle to living fruitfully in my own way that presented itself in 2021 when my life finally was going so well like a surreal dream, only to come crashing down when the realization of the deception (triggered by the vaccination of the children, I just couldn’t believe it) took away my ignorance and happiness. But I have finally started questioning my negative thoughts and trying to accept Gods gift again. Thanks again for your message, what a nice way to start the day. I will let you know how the MMS goes :) 💞

This video is 6 years old now but provides a surprising solution for electro-magnetic sensitivity and Morgellons.

Lookoutfercharlie tells us that our bodies are hosting a GMO fungal infection which forms a mostly invisible gluey surface on our skin and in our digestive system. He says that nano-particles of metals and fibres in the environment stick to the glue and turn us into antennae.

He has found a bathing protocol to break down that glue and stop it reforming.

When I was first dealing in early 2021, all these Morgellons videos were scrubbed or hidden as I couldn’t find anything, especially with the electrical/wires connection. Other than inflammation, the very first sign I had.. which I didn’t realize at the time, was this layer of whatever on the skin. I would harshly scrub all over 3/4 times in shower, pat dry with towel and still have all this balled up crap all over. I heard an 11 y.o. kid talking the other day how they rub their own, then their friends skin and all this loose stuff balls up.💔

Hi, so sorry! I’m freaking horrible w/tech and don’t always realize when I get a reply (or can’t find it 😂, I’m trying though!). So I am trying to make an anti nano triangle that I’ve seen a few people do that creates a kind of small EMP, which supposedly wipes out the tech programming. I’m having difficulties at the moment though . I have however found a guy that might be able to help me - I am putting an email together. This is the original video from Tony - he also does a nano bucket but I need easy....https://rumble.com/v2tphu6-how-to-build-the-anti-nano-triangle-this-is-the-video-that-taught-me-how-to.html

Then this guy made one for his wife - he said he could help me out with mine, so I’m in the process of getting an email w/pics together.

https://odysee.com/@FireMedic8:5/My-Movie-566:4

Hoping this will help. I’ve been using zeolite to detox (3 weeks on, week off ) for at least 4 months and I think it’s helping but I think some of the nano tech is encased in some sort of polymer so I don’t know if those are being outed or not so want to try frying the bastards w/EMP if I can and hopefully once they are dead, they will come out w/zeolite . Also, the cd/mms scared me a bit, plus I’m concerned about where to buy the ingredients (I downloaded Jim Humble book but haven’t actually tried it). If you have a trusted source where you buy and feel comfortable sharing link, I’d appreciate it!!! I’ll keep you posted on the triangle thing!

I am right there with you with being terrible with finding or seeing replies!! Even here it took me a bit to find the this comment, my comments on other people’s posts.. forget about it😂 I absolutely agree, dry the nano. I have been thinking about making the bucket or triangle for years now. It just only recently clicked to me that it not only breaks the system, but also helps eliminate the material. I do feel zapping myself accidentally a few times from my house (obviously not suggesting you or anyone does this intentionally), definitely could have been what broke my electrical component as it was severe but stopped then, and it’s been well over a year now. You are in good hands with FM8’s help to build, his videos of the triangle results were the first I saw of same type of stuff coming out of me, on a mass scale. I worry about zeolite for the same reason you are nervous of mms ingredients.. contamination. I got all my stuff early 2022 from https://kvlab.com/. Part a and part b. I too am nervous still about ordering more which I need to do but the stuff I got May 2022 worked very well for me. I was also scared to try it, took me months to “take the plunge” but with my first dose’ sip I was amazed at how I could feel my blood start moving again, ankle swelling went down dramatically then gone.. I could go on and on lol, but it quickly made me feel better than I had felt in over 15 years.. after 5 months I added borax and that really helped me too. Best of luck, keep me posted❤️

Molly's avatar

Lol, got off phone w/Eric @ FM8, nice guy, told me what I needed to finish my triangle - told me not to do zeolite cuz it has silica and aluminum in it (crap, thought it was working too, but never inspected the poo, so who knows). Said the triangle would break the nano stuff down so the body could ‘see’ it and the immune system would get rid of. Need to research that though cuz now I apparently have aluminum that I need to get rid of. Sigh.... anyway, saw your pics, damn, that looks painful! I’m so sorry you are going through this. I guess we all are, I just haven’t gotten it that bad yet. But the way they have been spraying, I’m sure it won’t be long. I just have a couple of weird spots that have been there for a few years (almost look like pimples that are under skin. You know the ones that don’t have a white head and are crazy painful?) and when I pick at them, they are really painful, bleed a little but nothing really comes out and they are hard - not squishy like a pimple. Then I had a small cyst like thing under my breast which was painful and I squeezed the crap out of it - gross pus like stuff came out but it didn’t go away so I covered it in organic castor oil (hexane free) w/an organic cotton cloth which I wore all day and night for a couple weeks and now I just have a weird grayish looking scar- I’ll try to take a pic and post it. It looked like a cyst (according to what I learned from dr pimple popper anyway, 😂 ) but it was weirdly grey so I’m not sure what is was. I never thought to take a pic before the castor oil though so I can’t show the before. Thanks, I’ll look into the mms stuff. Yeah, it’s so hard to find good companies. I had originally bought the castor oil from Amazon and it was fine, the last bottle I got from the same company does not smell or feel the same so now I’m suspect. Going to try emailing the vendor directly but don’t want to use it now and that stuff is hard to find ! So exhausting being on guard all the time!! Anyway, thank you again. It really helps to see these pics and know others have to (and I’m not crazy!) it’s such a feeling of violation though, pisses me off. I drink 1/8th if borax in a 32 ounce bottle everyday. Seems to help w/the creepy crawly feelings I used to get all the time. Not as bad now though, so I think it’s helping. 😀

Thanks a lot for sharing this link. By the way I started taking a pinch (well 3 pinches, I have a teeny laboratory spoon) of borax last week and my sleep is finally restorative again and my dreams are deep, long and I can remember them. I also started DMSO to break up adhesions (stomach/rib) with deep massage and can breath so much better, plus whatever benefits injestion (via skin) of DMSO brings, I think it’s detoxing. Would love to bath but our city water is so chlorinated so the MMS hopefully will also neutralize that. So exciting all these remedies that are inexpensive and multiuse and work. For me the biggest part was losing the fear, I gave it to god. Second biggest

Help for me was MMS. Then I think little borax each day really helped for stubborn thicker parts. I think oxygenating the blood is a huge help (mms did that for me). With just mms alone (I’ve been scared to try too much as everything seems contaminated) i noticed huge improvement in my blood’s consistency, the color of it and amount of black specs in it. Plus the mms alone helped me physically get stronger than I was before realizing I was sick. Also topically, peroxide was way better than anything I tried, stopped the itching/crawling/biting.. I use it to clean the ears and nose too.. but careful it’s spicy lol. I dont recommend this, but when I was using peroxide on my face some dripped in my eye.. just a drop.. burned like hell but it broke up the structures that were built in my eyeballs.. I looked up after says it can make you go blind but idk.. they never grew back either, over year later.

So you just directly applied peroxide and borax to skin? I was thinking of don't a bath detox with those 2 ingredients. Plus adding in some baking soda and bentonite clay. I really want to ensure I don't have parasites living under my skin.

I’ve used peroxide alone on the skin. I just tried a borax peroxide mix and let it dry which worked extra nice for getting little pieces of this crap to come out. Bath sounds like good idea, how much peroxide you thinking for it? Maybe separately try wiping your face with peroxide but not sure if it would reveal anything. But I’m pretty sure they don’t like it so it may cause reaction I’m thinking?
